A widely recognized framework for assessing cardiovascular health is the American Heart Association’s "Life’s Simple 7" (LS7) guidelines. This comprehensive approach encompasses three behavioral components—adherence to a healthy diet, maintaining a non-smoking status, and engaging in regular physical activity—alongside four key health metrics: blood pressure control, healthy body mass index (BMI), optimal total cholesterol levels, and maintaining normal fasting blood glucose.
